Brought Land Rover for £14k end off May .. Told excellent conditions and just been serviced. 2400 miles later needs new gearbox, timing chain etc . Costing £8-£9 k ! Cars been parked up for 2 months waiting for a appointment at a Land Rover specialist.. Off course Sterling doesn’t want to know !

I purchased a used vehicle that turned out to be a complete nightmare. From day one, the car had major issues, which the seller assured me would be fixed. However, after several attempts to get the car repaired, nothing improved. Worse still, I discovered that the car had a fake MOT, hiding significant mechanical problems. I took the car to two different garages, and both confirmed serious faults that were never disclosed. Despite countless promises from the seller to fix everything, the problems only got worse, leaving me with an unreliable and unsafe vehicle. I’ve tried to return the car multiple times, but each time, I was met with excuses or temporary fixes that didn’t last. It’s clear that I was completely misled about the car’s condition from the start. To top it off, my request for a refund was outright refused, despite this being well within my rights as a consumer. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I feel completely ripped off. I would strongly advise others to avoid dealing with sellers who aren’t upfront about the state of their vehicles.

Put a deposit on a car and asked for it to be delivered, STILL WAITING!! Had enough, want my deposit back asap as it's now beyond a joke as I've had to stay in now for 4 days awaiting , excuses excuses excuses.... AVOID
